training weekend

Training course coming up Sat 23rd feb & sat 1st march 10.00 - 15.00. £20.00. See mickey to book. Places limited. Course will be certificated. We will be going through alot of boxing basics, as well as abae competition rules and regulations.
Bring 2 pairs of training shoes and spare kit as we will be going for a run in the park!
